At Wild Artichokes
Go off piste if you have other ideas about food for the day.
The growing trend for sharing platters at weddings suits us just fine as it’s what we do at Wild Artichokes.
Bowls of food placed in the middle of the table can bring a group of strangers together instantly and start the conversation flowing.
Our food is a feast for your eyes, exquisitely presented with fresh, colourful and seasonal ingredients and ready for your hungry guests to tuck into straight away.
Our three course menu starts at £42.50, served either as canapes and two course meal or a three course.
" Jane Baxter's food is memorable, real and always, always delicious. I'd have her cook all my meals if I could." -Yotam Ottolenghi
We can serve as sharing platters to the table, create a buffet or go off piste if you have other ideas about food for the day
We offer a service that goes far beyond 'just the catering' in terms of help and advice when planning the details of your day and this is included in the cost per head.
With over 60 years of experience in the hospitality industry between us, we understand what it takes to put on a truly memorable day and the importance of the quality of food and service for both you and your guests.
Even though our business is based in Devon we do travel so contact us if you have another location (abroad or in the UK ) in mind.
It's worth mentioning that the Wild Gal behind the food, at Wild Artichokes, is our very own Jane Baxter, award winning cook book author and well-known Chef.
Jane has written five cookbooks, three of which have more recently been published as part of the Leon book range, and now available in several languages. In addition, she has written alongside Henry Dimbleby in the Guardian, and her recipes have appeared, amongst others, in the Observer and Liz Earle Magazine.
You might have seen her on BBC1 Saturday Kitchen back in January this year!
