"Seasons, Wild & Free make food with thought and love and expect the same of our suppliers and producers. As such, we take great care to understand the provenance of our produce. We use local suppliers of fruit and vegetables and ensure we use the best local seasonal produce. All our meat is reared locally and is Free Range or Organic. Our fish is often wild and always sustainable and we favour local artisan producers for products such as bread, cheese and coffee. In the case of some more exotic ingredients, we make every effort to ensure that produce has been ethically and sustainably sourced."
