EVENT: Brand New Wedding Ring Collection for Fairtrade Fortnight
25th February 2015
The jewellery sector, in the past, has been very slow in embracing the Fairtrade movement but now, due to the energetic actions of a few jewellers, especially Cred Jewellery and many of our other handpicked partners, the movement is gathering pace and this fortnight I will be celebrating by showcasing what is on offer from Green Union. First up is a fantastic new range of Fairtrade gold wedding rings from Cred Jewellery.
Handpicked partners Cred Jewellery already carried the widest range of Fairtrade wedding rings, and now their range has grown again with the launch, this Fairtrade Fortnight, of a fabulous and affordable range of patterned wedding rings called the Elements range. This new collection takes inspiration from nature combined with the ancient techniques of embellishment creating delicate and organic surface finishes on the rings.
I think there’s a definite trend towards textured wedding rings whether engraved, organically hammered or a milligrain finish, and the seven new pattered designs by Cred will give couples a lovely choice of textured rings. Some of the rings could even be chosen as engagement rings as well and wedding rings. What’s more, the rings are made in both men’s and women's sizes in various widths so couples can choose to have coordinating wedding rings too!
It goes without saying that the rings are made in both white and yellow 18ct Fairtrade gold and, with an affordable starting price of £360, with lovely names like Celtic, Feather, Dovetail and Love, what’s not to like?
Which one is your favourite? Let us know on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest or Instagram.
