INTRODUCING - Naomi Deru Bridal Launches Its First Collection Of Contemporary Luxe Wedding Dresses Amidst The Global PandemicAs the wedding industry is still at a halt with many bridal vendors and retailers having to pause or alter their operations and the year as a whole being deemed as ‘cancelled’ on social media. Kent-based designer, Naomi Deru, has been able to navigate working through the pandemic to deliver the REVIVE bridal collection which combines classical, timeless design elements with fluid and feminine style lines using high quality, contemporary bridal fabrics.

Asked about the new collection, Naomi, the founder and designer of Naomi Deru Bridal, said:

“This time has provided me with the opportunity to stop, review and create a range of bridal options for brides seeking a sleek, comfortable yet modern bridal style. I am excited to be able to offer a customisable, made-to-measure collection of high-quality bridal options to our brides. All the dresses from the collection are locally handcrafted from scratch in our Kent studio, therefore, we are able to provide a quicker turnaround time than usual with the same level of service that we put into our bespoke wedding gowns”.

You can expect to see a combination of clean lines and structure, streamline silhouettes and intricately embroidered detailing, as well as beaded lace elements and impeccable craftsmanship.

NDB on Sustainability

Naomi Deru Bridal strives to be sustainable:

"Although we are not all the way there, all our dresses are 100% handmade as well as made-to-order and we make it our duty to reduce as much wastage as possible in our production process. We regularly donate off-cuts and remnants to a local sewing school or use them towards accessories and covered buttons. We guide our clients on the most suitable materials for their dresses and we work closely with suppliers who also provide eco-friendly fabric options. Our aim is to reduce the use of polyester in our wedding dresses and make more use of natural fibres."
