WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY INSPIRATION - Picture Perfect Portraits In Lockdown, Captured By Thyme Lane Photography
24th June 2020
I’ve loved seeing how wedding creatives have embraced the new reality of lockdown - from bridal designers becoming mask-making enterprises, to caterers supplying meals to the vulnerable, there have been endless heart-warming changes in tack to help out.
After a while, the creative itch was always going to come back to the fore, and one of those first to take on new challenges were photographers. Doorstep portraits helped mark occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries and, of course, postponed wedding days. Then there are those who took it up a notch and have captured mini styled shoots via FaceTime, no less.
One such photographer is Noemi of Thyme Lane Photography, who captured three different looks with two models, each safely in their own homes. Firstly with Evie, a small team provided props for a 70s-inspired bohemian backdrop. Secondly, Alina’s shoot was all about the atmospheric light and the gorgeous gowns. Being captured on an iPhone, there’s a little film-like graininess that only adds to the vibe of these gorgeous shoots!
