What better setting for a wedding than snuggled in a warm Devon valley, surrounded by fields, woodland, and friends. Being in nature can be a big part of your day - the walk through the woods to our ceremonial site, the setting under the oak tree - can you get greener than that?

Middle Coombe is a beautiful 16/17th century cob & thatch listed farmhouse with extensive ancient outbuildings, set in it's own sheltered valley surrounded by 200 acres of organic farmland and 200 acres of mixed woodland (with wild red deer). The house, which is available for rent throughout the year, is full of atmosphere and character, much loved and filled with fine furniture and oak paneling.

The glade in the woods with the old oak (which is not a licensed) is the perfect place to plight your troth, and the house and barn are both licensed for civil wedding ceremonies.

Hire of Middle Coombe Farmhouse:
High Season: Friday to Friday or Low season: weeks, weekends and weekdays.
Cost from £3,500 for a mall Wedding Package to £6,500 for a large wedding package dependent on season.
Sleeps 16 with a large farmhouse with huge table to accommodate 16 eating together.
Additional accommodation in the Annex is available for 2-6 people.
The house is a licensed wedding venue

Hire of 17th Century Cider Barn:
Traditional cob walls and thatch roof - licensed wedding venue.
Cost from £3,500
Available from 2pm Friday - 3.00pm Monday.
Accommodates 70 guests.
Also available for weekdays.
