User Agreement

These terms apply to all users of this website. If you do not accept these terms then you should immediately stop using this website. Your use of the website confirms your acceptance of these terms. We cannot guarantee that you will always be able to access the website; we will not be liable to you for any interruption or delay that you experience in accessing the website, whatever the cause.

Partnership Agreement

We accept Partners who can genuinely show they are actively engaged in any or all elements of our Green Gauge which includes recycling, carbon and waste reduction, sustainable transport, using local and sustainable food, encouraging natural and wildlife habitats, conserving water, promoting fair trade and diversity, culture and heritage, ethical finance, using sustainable materials.

The fee charged covers inclusion on GreenUnion.co.uk for a period of twelve calendar months.

Partners will be invited to resubmit their Health & Happiness Gauge each year so that we can promote any new achievements in areas not already listed.

Our aim is to bring together businesses who share a common set of values and who actively promote these everyday in their operational activities for the benefit of our visitors. GreenUnion reserves the right to refuse inclusion on the site.

By completing the registration process and sending the application form you are indicating your agreement to be bound by all of our Terms and Conditions.
