Beautiful Natural British Grown Wedding Flowers
Botanika is a small, independent, Sussex based, flower company specialising in custom floral arrangements, mostly for weddings, but I also supply flowers for other special occasions, photo shoots and styling projects.
I am really proud of my beautiful designs which always reflect the seasons and are packed full of locally and British grown flowers, foliage and a great selection of gathered, wild ingredients.
I set up Botanika after many years of growing plants and flowers as a horticulturalist and spending time in a large cut flower garden where I also had a wonderful opportunity to learn more about natural floral design. I love to meet couples who are as passionate about seasonal produce, including their wedding flowers, as I am.
Botanika designs will really compliment weddings styled in a natural setting, with a vintage or more relaxed feel.
The variety, freshness and ever changing nature of my designs are always a real talking point. In winter I love to use scented blossom, narcissi, hellebores and winter flowering shrubs. In summer the gloriously scented English roses, sweet peas and dahlias are my staple ingredients.
To supplement these I also grow a selection of more unusual and heirloom blooms each season - a range of interesting foliages to add unique colour, texture and movement to my arrangements.
I feel very passionate about using local suppliers not just for the flowers but also other floral accessories such as the beautiful natural silk ribbons complimenting the bouquets.
As a young business I was honoured to have been listed in the top 20 most creative florists by the Daily Telegraph for British Flowers Week in 2016.
