Wedding food doesn't get better that this ...

Chatting to Alex, who runs Alexandra's Kitchen in West Sussex along with her husband Nor, the other day, I couldn't help but be thoroughly impressed with their food philosophy.



She told us that they specialise in using seasonal ingredients, many of them home grown. They do all their own cooking, preferring not to buy in any ready-made dishes. They try and base all our menus, which range from simple finger buffets to fully plated meals of three or more courses, on organic, seasonal and locally produced ingredients which include flowers, herbs and salads grown in their gardens. Where do they find the time?
