Last week we told you about the new Tammam ethical and fair trade wedding dress range just launched and due to be stocked in our Boutique from January 2011.

Now we're delighted to tell you that we will be also be stocking Lucy's brand new bridesmaid and flower girl dresses too.

As with the wedding gowns, these new frocks will be made in Tammam's atelier in India under fair trade conditions using hand loomed organic cotton and silk fabrics.

The Abbie wedding gown, designed in London by Lucy Tammam and made under fair trade conditions in India, was launched exclusively on GreenUnion last April and has proved to be a winning success. This simple but stylish of-the-peg wedding dress has been a great hit with eco-concious brides on a budget seeking a little bit of luxury.

Abbie is made in 100% fair trade certified cotton satin and lined in 100% organic hand loomed cotton lining. It's all finished off with a luxurious 100% wild peace silk gold sash. What's more it comes at a very affordable price of only £450.

Having sold so well, Abbie is currently only available from our Eco Chic Boutique in sizes 10 and 16, but if you too have fallen in love with the gown you can now pre-order the other sizes for May delivery.

If you can't wait that long then you can always buy the same fabrics from our boutique and make your own wedding dress, or choose another style from our wedding dress collection.

Fresh Vintage Teacup Candles

Wondering what to give your loved one for V-Day, or just thinking of treating yourself? We've just added these lovely new vintage teacup candles to our online shop. Made by a new supplier Clara Bows, these candles are gorgeous, glamorous and eco friendly.

Each one of her candles is unique in individually sourced vintage crockery or glassware. Lovingly hand poured using 100% natural soy wax from sustainable sources. She uses only the highest quality fragrance, essential oils and wicks. Most importantly, they smell of delicious sugary buttery shortbread or tea!

Once your candle is finished you only need to rinse it out with warm soapy water and then you’re left with this lovely tea trio of cup, saucer and plate to use for an afternoon tea.

Every candle comes beautifully boxed and wrapped in tissue paper all tied up with a bow, and the prices all include post and packing.
