World Inspired wedding venue

We've told you about tent tipi events in the North of England and in Wales - now it's time for folks in the South West of England to have a chance of checking out these stunning wedding tents.
World Inspired Tents will be showing off their fabulous tipis on the 24th-25th March at Darts Farm, near Exeter in Devon.

Throughout the weekend they’ll be showcasing no less than three of their Giant Hat tipis, joined together with a smaller Cirrus 40 tipi (enough to host around 120 wedding guests and your wedding reception caterers). The tipis will be kitted out in true ‘World Inspired’ style, with pine wood tables and benches, round tables and chairs, chill out furnishings, open log fires and lots of other lovely things!

The weekend will give you the chance to see the tipis in all their glory, meet the dedicated tent team, and let you imagine what a ‘World Inspired’ wedding or special event could be like.

To give you heaps of ideas of what to do on the big day, there'll also be some really fabulous wedding suppliers and friends to give you loads of inspiration and bring you a really interesting and exciting weekend.

The dedicated World Inspired team will be on site for the whole weekend and they would love you to come along, talk tipis with you and answer any questions you may have about these stunning tents.

A spring bouquet of daffodils

Welcome the Spring with a simple, seasonal wedding bouquet of fresh picked daffodils from the garden, sourced from a British flower grower or bought from your local florist. We found these images on Project Wedding by frolic’s Chelsea Fuss and thought it fun to show you how to make one for yourself.

Gather together:
Some daffodils: try combining 3 or 4 different bunches of daffs and narcissi, some with buds, some open, different shades and sizes and some scented ones. Paperwhites with small scented flowers will give the bouquet a naturally grown and picked feel. (You'll also need some twine, scissors or secateurs and a lovely piece of fabric to wrap the stems - a piece of your wedding dress fabric will work well.)

Get the Oscars look

The Oscars are over for another year and we were excited to see that the red carpet was awash with romantic white dresses - perfect wedding inspiration.

From Cameron Diaz’s strapless Gucci dress, Rooney Mara’s plunging Givenchy gown to Gwyneth Paltrow’s chic and minimal Tom Ford dress, all channeling the ethereal fairytale wedding look with clean cut lines.

This year's red carpet glamour reminded us of Sabina Motasem Brides' new Art Deco inspired collection which oozes the sophistication of both old and new Hollywood and proves beyond a doubt that eco is very definitely chic.
