Jewellery Prize Draw - Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Entry into this competition can only be made online at www.greenunion.com and completion and submission of the online entry form constitutes acceptance of the competition terms and conditions.
2. All entries must answer the two questions posed. All entries must be in English. Non-complying entries will be rejected.
3. The competition is open to all residents of the UK and the Rest of the World with the exception of employees of Green Union Ltd., their families, dependants and agents, and anyone else connected with this promotion. Entrants must be at least eighteen years of age.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. No purchase necessary.
6. Entries must be received by midnight on 13th July 2009. Green Union Ltd accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete or fail to reach Green Union Ltd by the above closing date for any reason.
7. There will be one prize winner randomly selected from the entries submitted, where both questions have been correctly answered, to be determined by Green Union Ltd at their absolute discretion.
8. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. There are no cash alternatives - the prize must be accepted as offered.
10. The winner will be notified by email on the day that the winner is selected. Their prize will be dispatched by the donating Green Union partner within 14 days. The winning entrant's name a will be shown on www.greenunion.co.uk and entrants consent to such data being shown.
11. Green Union Ltd will use any data submitted by entrants for the purposes of running the competition as detailed above and assume entrants consent to receive further communications only from Green Union Ltd. Your details are safe with us and we will not pass them on to anyone else.
12. Green Union Ltd reserves the right to refuse to accept any entrant and/or to select a winning entry at Green Union Ltd's absolute discretion.
